It's been a while coming but British Summer Time is finally here. James, Marko and I had a good night out in Brighton, at Creation as usual. Hopefully we'll have one more night there before I leave England for good, and I'll get to show Bex and Lorraine what clubbing in the UK is really like.

Sunday was lovely. Though it started a little cloudy, and an hour earlier than I expected, it was finally good enough to go sight seeing. Lorraine and I took of to Mount Caburn first. It's a great look out point over Glynde, Lewes and a fair bit of the South Downs. There was a hang-glider up there, and I am totally inspired to get one myself and get into some low level swooping and diving :-) After a while at the top we walked back to the car and drove to Birling Gap and took a walk along the beach.

I was surprised to find real sand in patches at the bottom of the huge white chalk cliffs.

These cliffs are where the south downs meet the English Channel and are called The Seven Sisters.

Not far east of the gap is Beachy Head.

We took a stroll along the cliff tops and both found it strange to feel warm again, something that I have been missing since coming back from Europe in September last year.

On the way back we stopped to see Cuckmere Haven. It's the sort of area that my old geography teacher would love with a wide meandering river just about ready to form a few Oxbow lakes.

I've only got two days left at work, and just 96 hours I'll be jet lagged in New Jersey, things are starting to get exciting again.

best wishes from

Hey,
your photos turned out great! I don't think mine can beat those, and I have to wait to finish the film till I get to see mine. As it's back to raining here this weekend I don't think the film will be finished this weekend!
